These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of Array Energy Corp. (“Array Energy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
When you opt in to receive text messages from Array Energy, we may send appointment reminders, scheduling messages, service and project updates, and estimate follow-ups related to your request. Providing a phone number or submitting a form does not by itself constitute consent to automated text messaging.
Message frequency varies based on your request, project, and communications with us. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we may send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to the opted-out number, except where permitted by law.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
We do not share mobile information or SMS consent information with other companies for their own marketing. Service providers that deliver, support, or manage our messaging services, including HighLevel/LeadConnector, phone carriers, messaging providers, and related technology providers, may process mobile numbers, consent records, opt-out records, message history, delivery status, and related information as needed to provide those services for us.
